How everyone hates the insta models. You people make this work, thats why they can do this. They arent worse than the "real" models. Just diffrent.

I feel that the runway models are so much more honest with the image that they hold, what they say is what they do. Whereas the Instagram influencers advocate "body positivity" and all but two of them had plastic surgery to feel "confident" about themselves.

It seems like the professional models have been humbled by the struggles of their profession- the instagram models project an ego, most likely because they’re being gassed up and live off of the constant attention of the internet

sooooooooooo the lady in white tell that she had her bump nose taken away because she didn't have positive comments about it, BUT she loved it... ok "we are trying to take out the filters" no u are not.. maybe not filters to look slimer, but the make up and light filters are in all of those people's pics After listening to them, the runway models are better at accepting their bodies, they just have to find the place where they belong The insta models have really double standards, cause u accept your body and "dont photoshop", but at the same time you DO photoshop and it's ok to take away your cellulite because it will sell more clothe and "people like it", so people like something that's not real (like a big person without cellulite)

Instagram models are running a popularity contest. When they touch-up a photo or get cosmetic surgery, they are trying to be more liked by conforming to the standard definition of beauty. Runway models are professionals selling a product. When they touch-up a photo, they are redirecting the focus of the image to the clothing. The attitude of Mariam was unbearable, I cannot believe she actually believed their actions spoke the same truth.

Instagram celebrities live for the "body positivity" but you almost always see them full makeup, super styled hair and outfits on fleek. Models live for "the less, the better" and i love it cause they make of their imperfections their own sign.

So professional models are scared that they might loose their job due to the fact that agency’s are hiring more Instagram models at half the price or even with just getting free clothes as pay ? 🤔

I am not qualified to be a runway model. I am 5'2, I am a size 2 or 4 and I am thick as hell AND THAT IS OKAY BECAUSE I WOULD LOOK RIDICULOUS STOMPING DOWN A RUN WAY WITH MY CHUNKY LITTLE LEGS, SMALL STEP LENGTH, AND HUGE HIPS. My mother, boyfriend, and brother are all very much fantastic runway models because they act as a moving hanger for clothing, the lines they create while walking the runway are long and elegant, clothing does not bunch, squeeze, or create lumps or bumps on them. Like you don't have to be able to do every job
